Meet Vanessa

I’m Vanessa, founder of Hello Elemental & Co., a presence‑centered wellness brand rooted in reflection, rhythm, and the everyday practice of returning to yourself. I meet people where they are and move through my work with warmth, clarity, and an integrative lens.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage, Family & Couples Therapy. Across my broader wellness practices, I draw on my clinical background not to diagnose or treat, but to cultivate environments where people can feel supported, understood, and connected to their own inner steadiness. In my private practice, I offer clinical care within a therapeutic relationship, bringing the same presence‑centered, whole‑health lens to my work with clients.
Hello Elemental was built on the belief that well‑being is not a destination but a rhythm; a way of moving through the world with more awareness, more softness, and more presence. My approach blends mind‑body awareness, Whole Health principles, and a deep respect for the systems and relationships that shape our daily lives. I care about how people feel in their bodies, in their homes, in their communities, in their workplaces, and in the quiet moments no one else sees.
Over the years, my work has expanded beyond one‑to‑one support. I now create tools, experiences, and spaces that help people reconnect with themselves. From guided reflections and daily practices to community‑centered offerings and lifestyle products designed to bring grounding into everyday life. This includes supporting organizations and teams seeking a more human, emotionally intelligent approach to well‑being. One that honors both the individual and the system they move within.
Everything I build is meant to feel steady, warm, and human.
I believe that well‑being is strengthened through connection with ourselves, with others, and with the environments we move through. My intention is to offer clarity, calm, and presence in ways that feel natural, sustainable, and deeply supportive.
Helping others return to themselves, gently and at their own rhythm.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to explore at your own rhythm. When the moment feels right, reach out.
